Cannot find videos transferred to my Philips player

The video files might be in a format that is not supported by the player. Only WMV and MEPG-4 files are supported. You can use Philips Media Converter to convert other video formats into a supported format, and then transfer the converted files to your player. Philips Media Converter can be installed from the supplied CD.
