You can change the brushing mode for your toothbrush in the Sonicare app. Here is how: 

1. Open the Sonicare app. 

2. On the pre-brushing screen, tap the ^ button to expand the toothbrush settings. 

3. Tap the mode box. Your current mode will be displayed, and the various options to choose from. 

4. Tap on the circle next to the mode you want to use. 

5. A tick will appear on the update screen, indicating your mode has changed successfully. 

6. Tap the < arrow to start brushing with your new mode.
