What to do if horizontal or vertical stripes are shown on Philips TV screen?

Vertical or horizontal stripes are shown on the TV screen


Ensure that:
• The software is up-to-date


To find out more about the nature of the stripes, please check if:
• The stripes are also visible in the TV menu. Press the “Menu” button on the remote control of the TV
• The stripes are also visible when the Philips logo is shown in the startup screen

Reset the TV

• Unplug the television from the power socket
• Disconnect all devices from the television
• Wait at least one minute after the LED light has switched off
• Switch the TV back on

If the problem persists after the reset, please contact the dedicated Philips television support team.
