You can re-pair the baby unit and parent unit directly. You do not need to perform a factory reset or hard reset before re-pairing.

Follow these steps:

1. On the baby unit, press and hold the on/off button and lullaby button at the same time for 5 seconds to enter re-pairing mode.
2. On the parent unit, press and hold the on/off button and lullaby button at the same time for 5 seconds. A QR code and pairing prompt will appear on the display.
3. Point the baby unit camera toward the QR code on the parent unit, keeping the units approximately 20 cm apart.
4. Wait for pairing to complete. A sound and message on the parent unit will confirm that the units have been paired successfully.
