A factory reset restores your baby monitor’s settings to their defaults, including the time, lullaby volume, temperature unit, and sound sensitivity.

To perform a factory reset on the baby unit: Press and hold the on/off button for 5 seconds.

To perform a factory reset on the parent unit: Press and hold the on/off and talk-back buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds.

Note: You may need to adjust your preferred settings again after the factory reset.
