My Philips Avent Video Baby Monitor parent unit is beeping

The parent unit may beep to alert you to one of the following:

Low battery: Connect the parent unit to power. When the battery is almost empty, the parent unit beeps every 2 minutes until the warning is dismissed. See “How do I charge the parent unit and what do the battery lights mean?”
Temperature alert: If the temperature alert is enabled, check whether the room temperature is outside the minimum or maximum limits you have set. You can turn the alert on or off and adjust the minimum and maximum temperatures in the temperature settings on the parent unit.
Connection lost: Check that the baby unit is switched on and that the baby unit and parent unit are still connected. For more solutions, please see “Connection is often lost between baby unit and parent unit.”
