My Philips Sonicare AirFloss reservoir lid has fallen off

Published on 04 August 2023
If the reservoir lid of your AirFloss has fallen off, the troubleshooting tips below may help you find a solution.

We recommend that you follow the steps in the order listed below. In between steps, check to see if the issue is resolved before moving to the next.
The reservoir door can fall from the handle if the door hinges come off from the slots at the bottom of the reservoir opening. Try to snap the reservoir door back on by simply placing the door hinges into the slots.

If the hinges of your reservoir lid are broken or the lid will not stay in place, a new lid may be necessary. You can order a new lid by searching for product number CRP122/01 on Philips.com or any other spare-part retailer.
If none of these tips help, your AirFloss may be damaged internally. We recommend that you request an exchange  for your AirFloss if it is within warranty.
