Sleep data is missing

Published on 27 August 2024
If the sleep data is missing, the tips below may help you to find an explanation and/or solution.
  • You may have unplugged the Baby Unit in the middle of a sleep session. Generally, always wait 15-20 minutes after the sleep cycle ends to ensure that sleep data gets sent to the Cloud properly before turning off the Baby Unit. Avoid unplugging the Baby Unit, including switching off the extension socket. When needed, turn off the device by pressing the on/off button on the Baby Unit.
  • Perhaps the Baby Unit was reset unintentionally. Please note that the data not backed up in the Cloud is lost.
  • SenseIQ data is shown for the past 30 days. If you wish to have such data history available for longer, take screenshots from the App in a timely manner.
  • Perhaps the Baby Unit has been offline or in Privacy mode for a longer period. The Baby Unit connects to the Internet regularly. Sleep sessions are stored in the Baby Unit for a few days. However, if the Baby Unit is offline for longer, some data will not get synced to the Cloud. The number of sessions stored in the Baby Unit can vary depending on the length of the sleep sessions. We recommend regularly connecting the Baby Unit to the Internet.
