The Sleep graph shows you the last 90 minutes of your baby's sleep, so you can see what sleep stage they are in and start to predict what sleep stage will happen next. When a baby is young, a sleep cycle lasts about an hour and includes both light sleep (a bit wiggly and slightly noisy) and deep sleep (when the baby sleeps quietly).
