Video live streaming and image quality is poor

Published on 27 August 2024
If the video live streaming and image quality is poor, the troubleshooting tips below may help you find a solution.
Follow the steps in the user manual to connect the Baby Unit correctly. Ensure that the Baby Unit is placed close to the baby to detect the baby's cries and movements.
Perhaps the video resolution was set to SD (standard definition). In that case, setting it back to HD (high definition) or FHD (full high definition) can help to improve the video quality.
Check if your Wi-Fi connection is good and stable, as it may impact the speed at which the Cry Translations are received. Check the strength of the Wi-Fi signal on the App settings page. It works best when it shows "Excellent" or "Good". Otherwise, please use a Wi-Fi repeater for a stronger signal.
