Note: Only use the original micro-USB power adapter that came in the box with your pump for charging.
Fully charge the battery before your first pumping session or when it is low. It takes up to 2 hours and 30 minutes for a Philips Avent Single pump or 1 hour and 40 minutes for a Philips Avent Double pump to reach full charge, which is enough power for around three pumping sessions.
When you're ready to charge, do the following:
- Make sure the pump is turned off.
- Plug the charging cable into a charging brick or other power source of a suitable power level, then connect the other end to the motor unit.
- Your battery is now charging. The three battery lights on the pump will light up one by one and then turn off to let you know when it is fully charged.
- When you're finished charging, unplug the power adapter and disconnect the cable from the motor unit.
