No. This TV does not support the DTS (Digital Theater Systems) audio format. If your TV receives a DTS signal via HDMI, it will not transfer this signal via its 'SPDIF OUT' connector.

In order to hear the DTS audio signal, you need to connect the digital audio output of the source device to an external amplifier.
