Each blade is designed to provide approximately 4 months of regular use, and rigorous testing is undertaken to ensure that the design meets these requirements.
Because the blade is a replaceable part, it isn't designed to last forever, and Philips has a responsibility to ensure that resources aren't wasted by over-engineering them.
Accidents happen, and a blade may break if the OneBlade is banged or dropped during use, travel or storage. To minimise this risk, use the protection cap provided with your OneBlade when you aren't using it. If you've misplaced the protection cap, you can purchase a replacement online or by contacting us.
If your OneBlade blade has broken due to a manufacturing problem or quality issue, please do not hesitate to contact us.
