Make sure:

• Connect the docking station to power supply.
• Slightly adjust the headphone on the docking station to make sure the charging pins of the docking station are having a good contact with the charging plate on the headphone.

When the headphone is charging, the LED indication on the charging station flashes green. When it is fully charged, it is solid green.
