I cannot pair my Philips speaker with my mobile phone
If you are not able pair your Philips Bluetooth speaker with your mobile device, please check the Bluetooth connection steps in the user manual.
If the problem persists, it may be due to some Bluetooth battery management Apps interfering with the initial pairing process between the phone and the speaker. If you have this kind of App installed in the phone, uninstall the App(s) before pairing. Once the speaker is successfully paired the App can be reinstalled.
