Check if your pictures are in JPG format. This player only supports picture in JPEG format (.jpg). > Always stream pictures in JPGformat to the player to avoid the problem happening * Check if the picture size is over 2.5 MB. There is a 2.5 MB constraint in picture size for picture review on the player. >* Reduce the picture size to meet the constraint and try it again
