My iPod can not be recognized by my Philips device

Maybe your iPod player is iPod Shuffle. The device does not support iPod Shuffle. The device can support iPod players with 30-pin dock connector as the following: 20GB, 40GB, 20/30GB Photo, 40/60GB Photo, 30GB Video, 60GB/80 Video, Mini, Nano 1st/2nd/3rd generation, iPod 5th generation (video), iPod touch and iPod classic.
