Wake up volume of my Philips clock gradually increases

The device was designed with a feature called Gentle Wake. When Dock or Tuner is set as the wake-up source, the volume will gradually increase from 0 to 20. Note: The volume of the buzzer will remain unchanged if it is set as the wake-up source.
