A very common cause of device problem is interruption when the device is switched on and off. To avoid this: * When the device is being switched on, do not connect or disconnect the USB connection. Wait until the GoGear logo appears and disappears from the screen. * When the device is being switched off, do not connect or disconnect the USB connection. Wait until the ?Bye!? message appears and disappears from the screen. * If the device is connected to the PC, do not disconnect immediately after switching on the device.
