What if I connect a notebook that normally has a 90 W power supply?

The notebook will still be charged, but the power adapter will begin to overheat. The overheat protection will be activated to stop the power adapter from overheating and to avoid further damage. While the overheat protection is running, the LED blinks. When the power adapter cools down, it will work normally again.
