1. Press and hold CLOCK until you enter the time setup mode 2. Press BACK 3. Press DOWN to highlight 12/24 Format, then press SELECT 4. Press UP or DOWN to select 12 hour and 24 hour format as you want 5. Press SELECT to confirm Press BACK to exit the setting.
