Clean the outside of the kettle and the base with a soft cloth moistened with warm water and some mild cleaning agent. Do not let the moist cloth come into contact with the cord, the plug and the connector of the base. Never immerse the kettle or its base in water and not use abrasive cleaning agents, scourers etc. to clean the kettle.
