1. Use fresh fruit and vegetables, as they contain more juice.
2. Cut the ingredients into pieces that fit into the feeding tube.
3. Let the juicer do the work and press down slowly.
4. After juicing is finished, press and hold the preclean button continuously for up to 5 seconds.
