NO DISC message on my Philips DVDR
- Pre-recorded DVD is not region 2. Philips DVD Recorder will only play region 2 DVDs * +R/+RW disk is using and does not have a recording. This is an expected behavior for a +R/+RW disk which does not have recording on it
