Free space in my player does not increase after I delete some content

Sometimes you may meet this problem when you delete some contents from your player. You can solve the problem by formatting the player. IMPORTANT: Before formatting your player, you are strongly recommended to backup data in the player. 1. Connect your player to your PC via the supplied USB cable. it will appear in your PC like the disk drive icon. 2. Right click the icon to select Format… 3. Tick to select the option of Quick Format in the pop-up page. 4. Click Start. 5. Transfer your desired contents into the player and rescan the radio station to preset your favorite ones.
