Fill a room with your favourite music with the 2 x 50 W RMS music output power and Class "D" Digital Amplifier. The Amplifier takes an analogue signal, converts it into a digital signal and then amplifies it. The signal then enters a demodulation filter to produce the final result. The amplified digital output delivers all the advantages of digital audio, including improved sound quality. The Amplifier also has more than 90% efficiency compared to a traditional AB amplifier. This high efficiency translates into a powerful amplifier with a small footprint.

Load up your music collection on the built-in hard drive on the Streamium Wireless Micro Hi-Fi System or on your PC to enjoy any song, anytime. The system accesses your music content through the Windows Media Player (WMP) via the built-in UPnP server. You can then use the system to browse through all your music content by album, artist genre or track, easily.
Hi-Fi dome tweeters and 13.3 cm (5.25") Woofers
The Streamium Wireless Micro Hi-Fi System uses top quality Hi-Fi transducers. The 1" soft dome tweeter unit is made of pure silk and is able to reveal every music detail and nuance without ever sounding hard or insistent. The equally impressive 5.25" midrange woofer consists of an optimised paper cone that offers the advantage of being both lightweight and stiff, while achieving excellent transient behaviour and preserving a very flat frequency response up to 4 kHz. The combination results in vocals that sound extremely natural and clear yet delivering powerful and dynamic bass.
Drag and drop music from PC
Using the Philips WADM Wireless Audio Device Management software (included), you can quickly and easily copy the music collection that is stored on your PC to the Streamium centre's hard drive through drag and drop technology. Now you can enjoy your music collection without turning on your PC.
Play and rip CDs with Gracenote automatic song information
When you insert a CD into the Streamium Wireless music centre, the built-in Gracenote? online database automatically searches for the album, artist and track information. Gracenote? is the industry standard in music recognition technology and related content delivery, so there is no need to input the song information by hand. Gracenote? makes it easy to organise your music according to artist, album, genre or song title. While your CD is playing, the Streamium will convert the music to MP3 format and store it on the built-in hard drive.
Plug and play directly from your USB flash memory device
When you select the USB Direct mode on the Streamium, you can instantly access the music on your USB portable music player and play it back through the Streamium centre or station. USB Direct lets you play back MP3, AAC and WMA music files from a USB device, allowing you to enjoy your portable music at home with great sound quality.
