Yes, this is possible. Press the TV/DVD button on the remote control when recording to playback a DVD. 1. Use the TV?s remote control to change the channels. The message ?TV/LOOP? will be displayed on the recorder?s system display panel. 2. To switch back to recorder mode, press TV/DVD on the remote control. Note: You cannot playback a DVD with DivX material on it during recording on HDD.
