How wide is the range of my Philips antenna?

It is very difficult to estimate range due to many factors; buildings, station power, hills or mountains, etc. This model is amplified, and is designed to be used fairly close to the transmitter. We would suggest this antenna is best suited to in city, or close-in suburban locations. For additional range we suggest a model like the SDV3220 which has adjustable amplification and is more directional ? this does require that you will need to experiment more with placement though.
