My Philips photoframe freezes/switches off

One of the possible reasons for this is that some photo file types are not supported and cause the device to switch off by itself or even freezes. This usually happens to photo files that are processed by photo editing software. To solve the problem, save the file in another file type, or convert the file to another file type, such as JPEG file.
