My player does not support Wi-Fi channels 12 or 13

It is is because the firmware in your player is too old. Form the firmware version of B11.20S onwards, the player can support the Wi-Fi channel 12 and 13. This version of the firmware has been ready. On the player please go to Settings > Check for Software Upgrades to update it.
