There's a few drops of water or some condensation on the base of the kettle: This is normal, don't worry. Your kettle is not defective.
Heavy condensation on the base of the kettle: If the condensation of droplets on the base of the kettle continues to increase and becomes more than a few droplets, then your kettle might have a leakage problem. In this case, please contact us.
