If your appliance has stopped working, please check the following:
1) Keep in mind that the appliance switches off automatically after each sterilizing process
- The appliance must cool down for about 10 minutes after a sterilizing process before you can switch it on again for a new sterilizing process
2) Check the appliance for damage
3) Check if the electrical outlet to which the appliance is connected is live
If your appliance still does not work or if it is damaged, take it to your local Philips dealer or call the Customer Care Center.
